The fun at my uncle's house this past Sunday was beyond words, but I cannot post pictures on this site, so you cannot see what a shit time I had. Needless to say, I'm just as excited about the most boring holiday coming up this Sunday. I finished my homework for tonite's class and I'm waiting for Kim to get home from seeing her advisor before we grab a bite and head back up to school. The game last night was pretty ugly, and it only finished as close as it did because UConn slowed down their pace and lost their momentum for the last 10 minutes of game time. The final four games made up for the lackluster final anyhow. Good start for the Jays, but I can't say I wasn't expecting the opening day loss. They didn't start well last season either, and Halladay started 0-5 or something. Besides, everyone kept saying how Halladay is dominant when facing Detroit. Jinx. Also, Lawrence Rocca, baseball columnist for the Star Ledger picked Toronto to win the World Series. I can't say I wasn't slightly excited by this, but is he serious. Their GM doesn't even think they'll be in the playoffs until next season.
I'm going to renew my license this Thursday, so we'll see what all the fuss is about for these new digital licenses. I'm gonna go twiddle my thumbs now.
