The week is over and the testing is over, and surprisingly it is raining! Memorial Day weekend is upon is, yet it's in the 50s. Hmm. Interesting.

Yeah, Nets. Up 3-0 over the Pistons, whom I now despise because I thought they sucked and did not really deserve to win the Sixers series, though neither did the Sixers I guess. And can someone tell me why the Draft Lottery was on during primetime? Hey, if I want to watch a bunch of ping pong balls, I can watch the lottery every damn night at 7:59 or whatever it is, and with that lottery, I have a chance to win money. What do I get with the other? Oh, I get to see the horrible teams that will ruin the careers of several young athletes.

In other sports news, I was happy the Jays beat the Yankees last night, and my boy Shannon Stewart had a nice offensive game. I hate the Yankees, but I like Bernie Williams, and that stinks that he got hurt. Oh well.

Bring on Sunday and Monday and some good BBQ, because Saturday is going to be a washout. Tonight calls for pizza and either watching the Family Guy DVD or the Jays game-the usual motionless, blimp-like Friday night. What a way to kick off the weekend!
